I started in this industry in 2019. I spent my first year working on myself and obtaining my credentials. I recognized quickly a gap in onboarding and mentoring in the industry. I have always been passionate about paving a better way for the next generation, so I started training and mentoring right away. I recently left the private sector and am now working in the public sector for the City of Plymouth. I stay active in the industry by going to multiple climbing competitions and workshops a year, volunteering with the MSA, and instructing with The Women’s Tree Climbing Workshop. If I am not at work, I am usually hanging out with my dogs, River and Gracie. I have a long road still to go in the industry, but I am excited for the journey.
